Once a grievance, from the client, is received, Opulentus consultancy people will look into the complaint type and forward it to the concerned centre.
Opulentus genuine client resolution centre has a team of immigration experts who would be tracking down the application status and other things related to processing of client’s application. If they find out that the application was delayed for some reason, the same would be ascertained from the high commission and would be intimated to the client in person and writing. In case the application is rejected, the client resolution centre would encourage the client to go for appeal. More than 80% application apparently got required sanctions after appeals.
If the client feels that he wants to migrate to another country and wants to scrap the processing of application for the first country he/she chooses, such complaints/requests/concerns would be forwarded to client counseling centre.
A team of psychologists at Opulentus client counseling centre would take a client through a series of counseling session, which would enable the client to come out with a fixed plan towards his/her future. If the client abides by his/her latest concern, Opulentus client counseling centre would confirm that the client has a clear mind and his/her latest concern would be forwarded to Opulentus client resolution centre where the further process would be briefed to the client.
If the particular case or concern of the client has to deal with legal matter with regards to high commission or anything of that sort that involves legal hands to work on it, his/her complaint would be sent across to Opulentus legal aid and action centre where the team would work try its best to arrive at an appropriate resolution that’s binding on both the parties.
